In an online dynasty you play the same users every season, and they lose to the same tendencies every season. Nobody charts them. This is how to chart them, and turn the chart into a call sheet you can run from your phone under a five-play cooldown.

CFB 27 online dynasty · 12 to 32 user leagues · built from public streams and the depth charts the game shows everyone. Not affiliated with Electronic Arts.
His own stream shows his play-call menu: season-long call counters on every play and the cooldown timer. The PREVIOUS PLAY panel on anyone's stream shows the defensive call he just made. Your own stream, when you play him, is the only tape of his defense you will ever get. Most of your league is watching those streams for fun. You can watch them for a ledger.
One row per snap: down, distance, hash, field zone, personnel, formation, motion, play, direction, result, his defensive front and shell. 130 to 150 rows a game. Four tapes on one user is a scout; one tape is a hypothesis.
Run-pass by down and distance, by game state (many users have two offenses), by field zone, fourth-down behavior, the end-of-half Hail Mary he throws live every time. The overload read. The bunch count. The pre-snap pause that means a hot route.
The cooldown applies to plays. A saved adjustment profile is legal every snap. A ten-slot kit (BOX, BEAR, TFL, HEAT, PA, QUARTERS, BALL, SHELL, DEEP, GL) with the fields that matter and the values the editor accepts, and the three dials that leak.
Down-and-distance ladders that name the play and a greyed backup, two-state ladders for the user who changes defense when ahead, cooldown-safe rotation, scenario cards for goal to go, FG denial, the 2-point, the Hail Mary. The run gate at the top.
Every play on the sheet in the custom playbook, every profile saved and opened in the editor, depth chart set, recording on. Ten minutes. A plan whose profiles do not exist at kickoff is a document, and it loses playoff games 24 to 23.
Observation targets, the thing that proves the tape wrong, the three plan failures that lose games, settlement calls, and the four things you bank the same night so the next scout starts from here instead of from zero.
The guide and every template. Do your own scouts all season.

Everything here is built from what an opponent shows on a public stream, what your own screen shows you, and depth charts the game shows everyone. Nothing reads a save file, nothing touches the game, nothing is hidden information. It is film study. If your league has a rule against watching streams, follow it.
The method does not depend on a patch. The profile editor's field names and legal values do change; the guide tells you to verify every value in the editor before kickoff, and guide buyers get the revised profile table free when menus change.
One to four VOD links of your opponent (his own stream is best; a stream of someone playing him is the only way to see his defense), a phone recording or screenshots of both current-season depth charts, your base offense and defense, your league's cooldown number, and the names of your profile slots. The intake form walks through it.
No. Reports are text and tables. The call sheet is a plain HTML page. Team names appear in prose only, and your opponent's gamertag never appears in anything public.
College Football 27 online dynasty on current-gen consoles. The ledger and the plan structure work for any league with a play cooldown; the profile kit is specific to this year's editor.
